Our cooperation with the Hungarian Post started already a year ago. I have been supported by them since with the active assistance of the manager of the Philately Department Imre Marozsan. He contacted me to the Stamp Museum as well, where my second exhibition of this year was organized. A part of the pictures had been taken over by us directly from the Hatszin Teatrum while four exhibited pictures were copies made of my pictures which were not in my possession already.

 

The director of the Museum, Gabriella Nikodem opened the exhibition. Following her Imre Marozsan and a good friend of mine, Tibor Mandi, leader of the Gabor Aron Stamp Collectors’ Group told some nice words as well. As a kindness the organizers set up a small violin concert for the participants who attended in a large number. After the ceremony I had he opportunity to talk to them about my pictures and also about the topic of reuse of waste stamps.

 

It was also a gret happiness for me that my picture „Taormina as I view it” would remain int he Museum also after the exhbitions to enrich the collection of the largest Stamp Museum of the world.
